Our Process.

Claim Assignment

Upon receiving a claim, Premiere will review the claim and make sure we have all of the pertinent information. A trained Premiere Services' associate will then make contact to the let you know we are here to help.

Insured Contact

The Premiere Services claim representative will outline our procedure, and discuss payment of deductible (if applicable), as well as gather information on the type of wheels and tires that were stolen or damaged. Our guaranteed contact time is within 2 hours and our typical average is within 22 minutes!

Scheduling

Once we've located the correct wheels and tires, Premiere Services will deploy a mobile team to install the new wheels and tires on-site. Typically, scheduling is done on the same day and new wheels and tires are installed within 24 to 48 business hours (many times the same day!).

Installation

Before the Premiere Services installation team mounts the new wheels and tires, they will thoroughly inspect the vehicle for other damages. Once the installation is complete, the vehicle is test driven to ensure a smooth driving experience.  Our typical installation time is within 1 - 3 days!
